As a refugee, I have become a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. I understand first-hand the significance of cultural diversity and the need for organisations to embrace these values. I strive to help companies and institutions recognise the importance of creating inclusive workplaces while promoting empathy and understanding of the refugee experience.
Having navigated profound loss and mental health challenges within my family, I believe in the power of emotional intelligence and resilience. I openly discuss these topics in my talks, inspiring audiences to prioritise mental well-being and develop the emotional strength needed to deal with grief and adversity.
With over 14 years of hands-on experience in tech delivery, I have honed my skills in overseeing complex projects from inception to successful completion.
